DENTAL PROSTEHSIS PROCESSES

Digitization

The dentist uses an intraoral scanner to capture an accurate 3D image of the patient's mouth.
The software translates the scan into a 3D digital model of the patient's dental arch.

Design and Manufacturing

The dental technician uses CAD software to design the prosthesis virtually, based on the 3D digital model.
The software guarantees precise prosthetics.

 

The prosthesis is then manufactured using high-precision digital methods, such as milling or 3D printing.

Adjustment and Finalization

The finished prosthesis is sent to the dentist for testing and adjustments on the patient.
Detailed adjustments are made to ensure proper comfort, function and aesthetics.

The prosthesis is then finished and polished, ready to be placed in the patient's mouth.
